Frozen banana | 1 cup | You can add more if it's not thick enough. |

Frozen grapes | 1 cup | These add sweetness and keep it icy. |
Soaked nuts | 1 cup | I have found that almonds and cashews are the best. Sunflower seeds were way too overwhelming. Alternatively, you can use a nut butter. |
Almond milk | Enough to cover | Add enough almond milk until you are about to fully cover the ingredients. Water also works. |
Blend immediately | Until smooth | Blend immediately. The almond milk freezes fast. |
